Yury offers Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, and Cold Exposure workshops for small and large groups.  These workshops can be tailored to your specific interests or you can choose one of his popular programs.  These programs aim at reducing anxiety & stress while increasing creativity and inner power through the knowledge and techniques he has spent a lifetime cultivating.

Yury has been studying Yoga and Pranayama (Breathwork) since 2007 with many different teachers around the world. He also has trained alongside Wim Hof and is a certified Level 2 WHM instructor as well as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach educated through the CHEK Institute. His lifestyle is deeply rooted in learning to understand and listen to our bodies and teach us how to take back our strength and heal ourselves from the inside.
